I won the Dun Laoghaire trophy for poetry, and have poems published in numerous magazines, inlcuding Nawr, One Hand Clapping,  and Plume. 

I have taken professional editorial feedback on wy work from award-winning and amazing poet Liz Berry.

I won the Heritage Arts Company Radio Play Competition, and studied script writing as a specialism for my BA Hons in Drama (Exeter University). 

My plays have been professionally performed at the QEH Theatre, Bristol, the London Festival of Visual Theatre, and the Exeter Arts Festival. 

I was shortlisted for the 2023 BBC Writersroom and the 2022 Black Spring Press Bottom Draw prize.

I have taken writing courses with Curtis Brown Creative, High Tide Theatre Company, and Spread the Word.
